Amber is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of healthcare experience. Amber has experience with a range of disorders, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar and mood disorders, perinatal disorders, sleep and insomnia disorders, as well as many more. Her personal experience with mental health struggles in both herself and family members has given her a greater understanding and empathy for those seeking help.

When not helping others she is spending time with her family. She enjoys the outdoors, including hiking, camping, and overlanding.
